ViaQuest Day & Employment Services spans locations statewide, offering opportunities to individuals. Our compassionate Leaders and Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) are equipped to cater to each person’s unique journey. Individuals have the autonomy to shape their day and explore career paths, from vocational training to community job coaching. With personalized plans, we support social, recreational, and life skills development, prioritizing community involvement. ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering independence, and transforming lives through creative solutions.
Our therapeutic behavioral support (TBS) specialists, traditionally referred to as case managers, work with the individuals on day-to-day behavioral skills, and also can serve as advocates for those individuals who cannot advocate for themselves. These specialists work with individuals as well as in group settings at our day programs, often coordinating with community services such as county agencies and employment services. Nursing Services assist individuals in the ViaQuest Day Programs with mental health signs and symptoms, medication management and side effect monitoring of medications, medical questions and concerns, crisis intervention, and assistance with navigating the medical system.
