Ann Nash

Ann Nash is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision designation. As the Vice President for Psychiatric and Behavioral Solutions, Ann is responsible for the overall organization, development, and day-to-day operations in all our psychiatric and behavioral solution regions including Independence, Akron, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Dublin.

Ann has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. Her experiences range from vocational and learning capacity assessments, career counseling, diagnostic assessments, mental health counseling, mental health education, crisis counseling, and clinical supervision. Ann supports strength based person centered approach to supervision and clinical work. Ann is specialized in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Care focusing on servicing veterans and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ann has completed her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University and her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

Kayla Bell

Kayla is responsible for the growth and expansion of ViaQuest’s Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division. Kayla leads the development team that oversees partnerships with SNFs, IDD providers, and key stakeholders. Under her leadership, the Psychiatric division has achieved exponential growth. She excels in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve clinical outcomes. Kayla is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to business partners and patients while driving innovation, productivity, and efficiency. She leads by example and “walks the walk” as she doesn’t ask her team to do anything she hasn’t done herself to propel the business and ensure every patient in need of psychiatric services has access to them.

Kayla lives in Powell, Ohio with her husband, dog (Chip), and four children – Saylor, Koa, Poppy, and Milo. She graduated from Capital University with a bachelor’s in psychology. Upon graduation she moved to Palo Alto, California for two years where she worked in Silicon Valley for an educational technology company. She also lived in Honolulu, (Waikiki), Hawaii for four years prior to moving back to Ohio to start a family.

Tony Britt

Tony is the Vice President of our ViaQuest Day & Employment Services. Tony ensures that we provide solutions to meet every individual wherever they are in the path of life. His teams provide comprehensive vocational services, community integration activities, volunteer opportunities, paid vocational trainings skills classes, personal skill building, individual and group supportive treatment. Tony cares deeply about the individuals we serve, his teams and is thankful for the difference we make in each other’s lives.

Tony resides in Kent, Ohio with his lovely wife Carmen, and they are blessed with four children and one granddaughter. Tony is a graduate of Kent State University where he obtained a BA in Psychology. He also has an M.Div. from Ashland Theological Seminary.

Cindy Curry BBA, RN

Cindy Curry is the Vice President of Hospice. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in hospice care, Cindy brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen to her role as Vice President of Hospice. As a registered nurse (RN) holding a bachelor’s degree in business, she combines her passion for patient care with a solid understanding of organizational management. Throughout her career, Cindy has served on various boards and committees within the healthcare sector, including the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), where she has contributed to shaping industry standards and best practices. Her commitment to excellence in end-of-life care is evident in her leadership approach, where she prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Together with her dedicated team, Cindy is honored to uphold the highest standards of compassionate support for individuals and families during their most challenging times.

Anne Davis

Anne Davis is the Vice President of Community Solutions for ViaQuest Community Solutions. In her role Anne leads ViaQuest’s work in Indiana supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving residential and therapeutic support services.

Anne is an experienced servant leader with a demonstrated record of excellence at state and local levels. Anne’s expertise includes systems design and innovation, quality monitoring, leadership development, special education, and disability services. Anne began her career in education, eventually serving as Indiana’s state director of special education and later in leadership at the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services. Anne is passionate about providing people-first advocacy for the individuals she serves.

In her commitment to lifelong learning and continued growth, Anne has earned a B.S. in Education from Valparaiso University, a M.S. in Educational Leadership from Indiana University, a Director of Exceptional Learners certification from Purdue University, and recently completed Goodwill Industries International’s executive development program.
