External Referral Program

At ViaQuest, we are always seeking quality employees. To help us connect with these quality candidates, we offer an external referral program. That means, even if you aren’t a ViaQuest employee, you can still earn a bonus for referring a new hire.

Employee Referral Program (Gravity)

Who can participate?

Any non-employee may refer candidates. You can check out all of our open positions on our careers page here.

Candidate eligibility:

Candidates must be hired and remain continuously employed by ViaQuest for 90 days
Candidates may not be current or previous ViaQuest employees
Candidates who have directly applied for employment with ViaQuest during the past 6 months are not eligible

When will I be paid?

You will receive payment when the referred employee reaches 90 days of employment

Important information:

If multiple people refer a candidate, only the first person to submit the referral will receive the incentive
A candidate is only permitted to be referred once
