Tricia Moore is the Vice President of Centralized Services for ViaQuest’s Behavioral Health division. She provides leadership and strategic oversight for intake, scheduling, credentialing, medical records, and billing operations. She works closely with leaders across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, improve workflows, support timely access to behavioral health services, and ensure long term sustainability of the organization.
With 13+ years of experience at ViaQuest, Tricia has extensive knowledge in operations, centralized services management, revenue cycle management, and administrative leadership. Throughout her tenure, she has played an integral role in developing and streamlining processes that support organizational growth.
Tricia brings a collaborative and solutions-focused leadership approach and is passionate about building strong teams and creating processes that improve both the client and employee experience.
