Emily Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer of ViaQuest’s Developmental Disabilities Services division. She is responsible for leading financial strategy and supporting organizational performance to drive sustainable growth and long-term impact. She brings extensive experience in healthcare finance, along with a strategic approach to aligning resources with mission-driven outcomes.
Emily has held progressive leadership roles across healthcare finance, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple hospitals in Northwest Ohio. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational strategy, consistently focusing on strengthening financial performance while maintaining strong fiscal accountability.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, with minors in Business and Finance, and earned her MBA from Xavier University with a concentration in Finance.
