Crystal serves as Vice President of Human Resources for ViaQuest’s Behavioral Health division, where she provides leadership and strategic support across employee relations, talent development, organizational growth, and human resources operations. She partners closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen teams, support change, and foster a positive, people-centered culture.
With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Crystal brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and human resources expertise. Her background includes direct patient care, administration, leadership, HR operations, and employee relations, with extensive experience in behavioral healthcare environments.
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. She also has a nursing background and prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), giving her a deep appreciation for frontline employees and the individuals they serve.
Known for her solutions-oriented leadership style, Crystal is passionate about helping others—especially those who may not always have a voice. She is committed to building strong workplace cultures, developing leaders, and creating environments where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Crystal’s focus is to align people strategies with organizational goals while continuing to build an even stronger team and culture across the Behavioral Health division.
