Janet Pell is the Chief Administrative Officer for ViaQuest. She is responsible for guiding administrative functions that support the company’s mission, including organizational alignment, workforce systems, regulatory readiness, and enterprise-wide performance infrastructure. Janet brings a steady, data-driven approach to leadership, grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to people.

She focuses on building the systems and structures that strengthen consistency across the organization, improve decision-making, and support both short-term priorities and long-term strategic goals. Janet is known for her ability to guide teams through periods of transition, simplify complex challenges, and create environments where people feel supported, informed, and empowered to do their best work.

As a member of ViaQuest’s original executive team, Janet brings a longstanding connection to the organization’s mission and culture, returning to support its continued growth through administrative and strategic leadership. Prior to rejoining ViaQuest, Janet held senior leadership roles across national and regional healthcare organizations, where she led initiatives in workforce strategy, organizational performance, and operational alignment. She is recognized for her strategic insight, her calm and decisive leadership style, and her commitment to advancing high-quality, person-centered services.
